Naibor Lodge nestles in a grove of riverine forest on the banks of the Talek River within the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve in southern Kenya. This romantic haven of peace, style and tranquility, comprising just five tented accommodations, can be accessed daily via 40 minute air transfers from Nairobi, Lewa Downs, Samburu and Nanyuki.

Consisting of sweeping pale canvas tents with full en-suite bathrooms and safari-style showers, king-size beds, comfortable sofas, and airy and shady verandahs, the camp is a luxurious base from which to explore this beautiful area in absolute privacy. It is a blend of striking contemporary style and comfort and muted bush colors.

Since the lodge is situated in the heart of the Masai Mara, guests are treated to an amazing year-round diversity of wildlife. The lodge too is only a 20 minute drive from the major Mara River crossings and is therefore ideally situated in the path of the wildebeest annual migration.

Regular twice-daily game drives can be enjoyed from specially modified 4X4 safari vehicles and guests can spot lion, leopard, rhino, cheetah, elephant and hyena in addition to many different types of herbivores including zebra, giraffe, gazelle, eland and wildebeest to name a few. Sundowner drinks in the bush as well as bush breakfasts, lunches or dinners are a very enjoyable experience and are easily arranged. For the more active, the camp offers walking safaris with an experienced private guide. Cultural visits can be arranged as well as hot air ballooning.

The nearby Little Naibor comprises two intimate and spacious tented suites. These two tents blend perfectly into the surrounding riverine forest. Each vast tent offers two double or twin rooms both with en-suite bathroom facilities. The tents are conjoined by a communal lounge and dining area. A dedicated team of staff caters to the guest's every need. Both of these tents have their own stunning private bar and fire places set up strategically along the Talek River with complete privacy and breathtaking views. Little Naibor can be booked for a small private family group or private party or used in conjunction with the main Naibor Camp and its facilities.

Meals are made from the finest fresh ingredients, with dinner either being served at the long banquet table or at private tables under the stars. Breakfasts and lunches can be served either in camp or as a picnic during a morning of game watching.
