Built to resemble a typical barn with heavy bolted timber roof trusses, the hotel boasts double volume ceilings throughout, affording guests a superb sense of space. The 16 sumptuous suites look out over pristine polo fields to the distant Magaliesberg Mountains.
Each suite at Waterfall is individually decorated to reflect the nature of each horse chosen. Every suite has its own private Juliet balcony, lounge area, flat panel TV, internet connection, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, air-conditioning, extra-length twin or double bed configurations, tea and coffee station, mini bar and international plug adaptors.
The Vital Source Spa situated on the upper floor of the hotel offers a group treatment room for couples, two full treatment rooms, a Vichy shower, hydro bath, steam room and sauna. A very large variety of spa treatments are available and the spa operates by appointment only.
The food and wine experience is of an international standard. The downstairs romantic Chefs Table in the Wine Cellar can be reserved for smaller private dinners parties and celebrations. The cuisine is well thought out with attention placed on flavor and exquisite presentation, quality of service and choice of ingredients is par for the course. The Freedom Restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and caters for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Hotel guests may enjoy breakfasts and lunch with no prior arrangement, but dinners are by booking only and the dining room will not accept children under the age of 12 after 6.30pm. The kitchen will also provide a calorie conscious Spa menu.
